Peńa ist klar geworden, dass die vier Chefs des Cali-Kartells eventuell nicht im Gefängnis bleiben, selbst wenn es ihm und seinen Kollegen gelingen sollte, alle Männer zu inhaftieren, da die Korruption in Kolumbien bis in die höchsten politischen Kreise reicht. Doch er gibt nicht auf und setzt alles daran, Pallomari zu finden, der die Geheimnisse des Kartells kennt, aber spurlos verschwunden ist. (TNT Serie)

The traditional malaise of great series, where the penultimate one or two episodes tend to be better than the last one, which often not only works with a minimum of characters, because most of them don't live to see the end, but still has to deliver some closure for the whole series. The last Narcos season plays with both ills quite successfully, and the ending manages to stand up well to the political backdrop that was so present then and still is today.

The final episode of the third season didn't impress me too much. I expected a full-bodied conclusion, but instead, a somewhat lean version came, which was not bad, but didn't particularly dazzle me. Pacho, on the other hand, once again dominated the subtitles part, while the rest of the episode somewhat "couldn't keep up" with the brisk introduction.
