Blue Exorcist - Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga

Und so kehrte die Aufmerksamkeit der Anime-Schöpfer wieder auf das ursprüngliche Original zurück... Für Manga-Fans wird es sicherlich eine gute Nachricht sein, für die anderen wird es von Anfang an eine ordentliche Sauerei, weil es keine Fortsetzung gibt, bzw. die gibt es allerdings woanders, als man sie erwarten würde. Aber Letztenendes ist es dann wohl auch egal, Hauptsache die Okumura-Brüder kommen zurück, damit Satan mal wieder eine Weile Spaß hat. Endlich eine ordentliche Fortsetzung einer der Ausgaben, die ich heute schon als Klassiker betrachte, also trotz des langsameren Starts immer noch sehr gute 7/10. (07.01.2017)

For a series that didn't really grab me the first time around, I quite liked the second one. The characters and their feelings worked better, and it was easier to relate to them and even like them. Again, it's also nicely drawn, so I was satisfied. Especially because the story was interesting, managed to be action packed, and of course like any Shōnen had its funny moments. Last, I liked the opening and the ending. Basically, I don't have much to say about it. I liked it, I liked it. I don't even know why. The main thing is that I left happy. (17.04.2017)
