The first episode of Black Mirror without any surprising points or twists? Or rather, the first episode of Black Mirror without any core ideas? Like, what happened to this series and why? A simple, black and white, post-apocalyptic chase with a robotic dog where even the modest forty-minute run was too much. I was all the time expecting something interesting to happen, but nothing does. If it was at least tense, but not event that. The most pointless episode of all. (29.12.2017)

The most stylish episode of the whole season, not only thanks the charming black and white stylization that fits perfectly. The fourth series generally has one major drawback which is that the episodes are too straightforward. And it applies even more to this one. Except for I don´t consider it a weak point. Short, straightforward, striking, riveting, ignoble in terms of genre and disturbingly chilling in terms that nothing turned out. This viral video (and similar ones) shows the scariest vision of the near future ... They're coming! (06.01.2019)

Diese Folge wurde ausgesprochen zum Vergnügen geschrieben und gedreht. Das gilt sowohl für die Autoren als auch für das Publikum. Es ist nichts Tiefes. Es ging nur darum, dass etwas passiert und dass es nicht dumm ist… Es ist eigentlich ein Äquivalent eines Actionfilmes aus den 80er Jahren. (11.06.2023)
