Die Ex-FBI-Agentin Erin Grant führt gegen ihren psychopathischen Ex-Mann einen teuren und kostspieligen Prozess um das Sorgerecht für ihre Tochter Angela. Um das nötige Geld aufzutreiben, strippt Erin im Nachtclub "Eager Beaver". Eines Abends erregt sie die Aufmerksamkeit des schmierigen Kongressabgeordneten und Lobbyisten David Dilbeck. Als sich Erin auf eine Affäre mit dem skrupellosen Politiker einlässt, gerät sie schon bald in mörderische Verwicklungen. (sixx)

Do not read all those sarcastic comments before watching the movie, it would probably be a candidate for waste. But even so, the screenwriting and directing helplessness surprised me quite a bit. The producers must have been afflicted with blindness... I could forgive the complete absence of humor and tension, but the fact that it is possible to make such an asexual story from the environment of a strip club is fascinating in its own way. Demi Moore doesn't play brilliantly, but she delivers her standard, which cannot be said about all the performers. Overall impression 20%.
