Láska z pasáže makes it really obvious it was directed by Jaroslav Soukup. It is rough, full of wheeler-dealers, pickpockets, mugs and other weirdos. Add in Lukáš Vaculík with a perfect role in which he really shows his skills and ending that is at the top of roughness for Czechoslovak films. A small-scale film that is a textbook example of Czechoslovak crime films.

Es war lustig, einige tschechische Schauspieler vor dreißig Jahren zu sehen, allerdings war dies auch das Einzige, worüber man lachen konnte. Láska z pasáže ist nämlich ein recht ernster Film, der mir ausnehmend zu gefallen hat, ich habe eine Zeitreise unternommen und hielt der Liebesbeziehung von Pavel und Jana mit der guten Kulisse der Songs von Michal David die Daumen. Ich denke, Jaroslav Soukup konnte sicher gute Filme drehen.
