Englisch Fraser is sorely unconvincing in his scenes with Elizabeth Hurley, but on the other hand he's almost brilliant as a drug lord or an over-sensitive boy; listening to his Spanish is beautiful. Overall, it’s an average comedy with some good ideas. For example, in the scene with the basketball player, where they parody the clichés we can hear all the time during sports commentators' interviews with football players and other athletes. And on a side note, isn't Hugh Grant a moron for cheating on someone like Elizabeth Hurley? If I was in his place... :) ()

Englisch When I saw this comedy for the first time, I really enjoyed it, but honestly mainly because of the devilishly charming Elizabeth Hurley rather than the quality of the script and the acting performances. In addition, I had the opportunity to watch the original version since then, and this comparison did not turn out well at all for the remake. The difference is two honest stars. The original version relied on very good acting and a quality script with witty dialogue in British style. Bedazzled juxtaposes Elizabeth's sexy outfits and her accentuated bosom with a series of gags, some of which are not strong and especially some are predictable. It is still a light above-average American comedy, but I can't get rid of memories of the original film. Overall impression 50%. ()

Englisch An undemanding, laid-back comedy with a very attractive she-devil. It got me excited at first, but as the plot progressed, my interest gradually waned. The story got very predictable, so the only thing left to enjoy were Elizabeth Hurley’s lines. The film is definitely worth a watch. I did have some laughs. It just left something to be desired. ()
