Bislang mussten sich die Chefs des Cali-Kartells trotz aller Bemühungen der Ermittler kaum Sorgen machen. Mit Chepe wurde in New York ein Mann installiert, der die US-Geschäfte gut unter Kontrolle hatte. Doch eine Explosion in einer der Drogenfabriken in Queens ändert die Lage schlagartig. Jorge geht indes ein Risiko ein und Peńa reist nach Curaçao, um einen möglichen Zeugen zu inhaftieren. (TNT Serie)

I was looking forward to some intense action, and I wasn’t disappointed. The previous episode set the stage, and episode six delivered the goods. It’s clear Jorge Salcedo is in trouble — David Rodríguez’s suspicious looks say it all. Everything else is getting more tangled. The action was solid again, though the club shootout was a bit chaotic.

It’s like a roller coaster, a gripping episode with loads of shooting and chases. Some are more realistic than others, but they have that Southern verve that I like. You can see the Cali cartel knows how to do things the good way, and the bad way, too.
