Chen (Qi Wen) is a teenaged girl living with her mom and sister. Madame Tang (Kara Hui), Chen's mom, is the boss of a criminal organization colluding with high-ranking government officials. Chen's sister, Tang Ning (Ke-Xi Wu), is actually Chen's real mother, iving on drugs and seducing men on command of Madame Tang. One day, a rich Linci couple and their daughter Pen visit Chen's house for business, and Chen and Pen become friends. However, sometime later, the Linci couple is murdered by a gang member, and Pen is in a coma. The big money the Linci invested disappears somewhere, and Madame Tang is placed on the list of suspects. Madame Tang and her gang is in crisis, facing the situation where they will have to kill Pen to cover up their fraud. The movie reminds us of a Taiwanese version of The Godfather, but it focuses more on the inner desires a teenage girl who has to grow up in the path of a tragic fate.
