Nach dem Tod ihrer Tante bezieht Pauline (Mylène Farmer) mit ihren Töchtern Beth (Crystal Reed) und Vera (Anastasia Phillips) das alte, mit Kuriositäten vollgestopfte Haus der Verstorbenen. Gleich in der ersten Nacht im neuen Heim werden sie von brutalen Einbrechern überfallen. Das Trauma sitzt tief und prägt die Schwestern bis ins Erwachsenenalter.
