Castles Prozess beginnt. Matt vernachlässigt seine Arbeit an Castles Fall, da er nebenbei mit Natchios beschäftigt ist. Diese wird schwer verwundet. Am nächsten Morgen erscheint Matt zu spät zu seinem Eröffnungsplädoyer vor Gericht, was Nelson dazu zwingt, zu übernehmen. Matts Verhältnis zu Nelson und Page wird immer schlechter. Matt erzählt Nelson von seiner Arbeit mit Natchios, woraufhin Nelson ihm rät, die Finger davon zu lassen. Später am Abend erfahren Daredevil und Natchios, dass die Yakuza ein riesiges Loch gräbt. The Punisher has stopped punishing and now has lawyers fighting for him. We move from a dark comic book adaptation to a brilliantly lit courtroom procedural. It's an interesting departure, in a good direction. There was a bit too much action and it's time to slow down a little, hopefully it will benefit the story. The secondary plot with Elektra is kind of erratic, we'll see what the outcome is.
