Stannis marschiert weiter. Daenerys ist von Fremden umzingelt. Cersei sucht Vergebung, und Jon wird herausgefordert. Stannis Baratheon und seine Truppen setzen ihren Vormarsch in Richtung Winterfell fort. Daenerys Targaryen ist an einem fernen Ort plötzlich von fremden Reitern umgeben. Die Königinmutter Cersei Lennister ist tief gefallen und sucht nach Vergebung. Jon Schnee, Lord-Kommandant der Nachtwache, wird herausgefordert. (RTL II)

I would have expected a bigger carnage at the end, but I was satisfied anyway. It seems to be a trend in this series that the eighth and ninth episodes are the most gripping, with the tenth serving more as a twist and a bridge to the next season. Even with all that, there are no emotionally powerful scenes of key characters. We have Cersei and her walk of shame, and Stannis, who may only be in the midst of the most important battle of his life, but it doesn't detract from the final impression of the denouement, the final drop for the denouement in this season.

There was again a decline in quality compared to the previous two episodes. I'm not saying I was bored, the final part was overloaded with events, but some things simply bothered me. Brienne calmly walks through the battlefield to seek her revenge (Stannis must have had a GPS on him), and Cersei's walk through the city was endless, I don't even know, should it have excited, amazed, or disgusted me? It didn't lead to any of those, I just had to use the ffwd button because it was boring and long. Arya, however, entertained with an interesting slaughter.
