Anläßlich ihres 17. Geburtstages beschließt Mari Collingwood gemeinsam mit ihrer Freundin Phyllis einem Popkonzert beizuwohnen. Auf dem Weg dorthin gerät das Duo an skrupellose Gangster und fällt einem brutalen Sexualmord zum Opfer. Anschließend suchen die Mörder Asyl in einem nahegelegenen Einfamilienhaus, ohne zu ahnen, daß sie das Gehöft derer zu Collingwood betreten.
