Die Reise nach Stockholm zur feierlichen Vergabe des Physik-Nobelpreises für Sheldon und Amy steht kurz bevor. Auf dem Flug hat Penny jedoch immer wieder mit Übelkeit zu kämpfen. Sheldon bekommt eine Panikattacke, da er fürchtet, dass sie krank ist und ihm seinen großen Tag ruinieren könnte. I never learn. Well, you know what they say about old dogs... Despite all the experience I've gathered with the series, I stupidly allowed myself to hope that the finale could be good. It couldn't. The creators didn't resist the temptation once again, turning the ending into a compilation of clichés, melodrama, and play on emotions, which would make me melt like a chocolate bar on a hot day if I weren't a cynical person (which I am). / Lesson learned: Don't judge the medal by its weight.
