Tam, Sheldons bester Freund aus alten High-School-Zeiten, kündigt seinen Besuch an. Er plant, seinem Sohn die CalTech zu zeigen, und bittet Sheldon um ein Wiedersehen. Sheldon hegt jedoch seit 20 Jahren einen Groll gegen Tam und weigert sich, ihn zu treffen. Das weckt das Interesse von Leonard, Raj und Howard. Was ist wohl seinerzeit vorgefallen? The twelfth season kicked off on a good note, but it went downhill fast, and it's clear the creators forgot to slap on the brakes. It's like I'm watching familiar characters played by the same actors, but now they're dropped into a completely different sitcom. The plot was painfully boring and inconsequential. Yesterday, I rewatched Clash of the Titans (1981), and now every time I see Anu, I can't help but think of Calibos. / Lesson learned: Always look sharp in photographs.
