Portwenns Radio-Ikone Caroline Bosman hat gemäß dem Dorftratsch ein Alkoholproblem. Doc Martin will der Sache auf den Grund gehen, doch Caroline zeigt sich wenig kooperativ. Selbst Louisa dringt nicht zu ihr durch. Ablenkung bringt Doc Martin der Fall eines Seniors, der den Arzt wegen seines strengen Körpergeruchs aufsucht. Tatsächlich bleibt Doc Martin in der Nähe des Mannes beinahe die Luft weg. (Sat.1 Gold)

The fourth episode of the second season was one of those where I couldn't laugh that much because the doctor kept too close to the wall and unintentionally didn't insult all the patients as I was used to with him. However, I enjoyed the confusion between alcoholism and diabetes, I know someone who experienced the same thing firsthand (and some internal organs as well).
