Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked; they seem desperate enough for it. Huge props to the creators — they had me hooked, always on the edge of my seat. I soaked in the amazingly crafted atmosphere and top-notch performances. This masterpiece deserves all the recognition it can get. The writing, direction, and acting were spot-on. The casting, especially, deserves a standing ovation — I was completely taken in by the young versions of those acting icons. And before I wrap this up, Colin Hanks once again showcased why I prefer him over his old man. / Lesson learned: Even when the odds are stacked against you, push through.

The tenth episode once again delivered an incredibly well-crafted atmosphere and stellar performances. It was so on point that I felt the tension even during the Oscars, despite already knowing how it all played out. Yet, the strongest emotion that lingered after the final episode was a sense of sadness. It hit me that, no matter what series I throw into the binge-watching machine tomorrow, it won't likely captivate me in the same way, if at all. It truly felt like watching a regular movie. It was just chopped into ten episodes for viewers to survive the marathon without serious consequences to their health. / Lesson learned: Trust your instincts.

I hoped I wouldn't have to write this, but after another Valentine's episode, it's becoming pretty evident that the series creators don't really ace the holiday episodes, even though they have the potential for a lot of fun. Plus, in the days when I was still into the Premier League and football in general, I was all about Manchester United, so what's there to praise? / Lesson learned: If you're a loner, maybe don't overcommit to socializing.

The creators shifted focus from organized crime to studio problems, and I'm not complaining about the change. Once again, I was fully immersed in the plot, enjoying every moment. It's a bit horrifying that it took me this long to share my thoughts on this almost quarter-century-old movie (a classic, actually). So, I treated myself to a rewatch today, and I'm even more convinced that I genuinely admire Quentin Tarantino, even if this film doesn't fit the typical Tarantino mold for me. The story's pace was notably slow; I didn't notice any final acceleration, and there was a lack of those sudden bursts of unrestrained violence. All that remained were your classic plotting, counter-plotting, intrigue, and manipulation. Now, that might sound like criticism, but it's not. On the contrary, I've got to give props to this film. The slow pace didn't dampen my overall impression at all. The occasional killing in this calm atmosphere had a real impact, and even though it ran for more than two hours, I didn't find a dull moment. / Lesson learned: Don't mess with a sweaty Italian.

Okay, the creators officially pushed me to my breaking point and made me award a zero-star rating. This episode went for animation (for reasons I can't fathom) and a bunch of things that just aren't my cup of tea: Christmas clichés, drama instead of humor, songs, and a hefty dose of associated claptrap. Usually, holiday episodes of sitcoms are gold, but it looks like Community might be the exception that proves the rule. / Lesson learned: If you ever feel like you're an animated character, you might want to stop doing drugs.
