The first part was better, but I also enjoyed the sequel. The film may not have the same quality of crime case as the first, but there were some decent intellectual conversational flourishes, interesting characters and a nice twist at the end. The action scene with the horse in the house was a delight, I've never seen anything like it in my life and it looked perfect. The good visuals and fine music are also a plus. I was not bored. 65%.
