The legend of Jack-O is all but forgotten to the townspeople of Oakmoor Crossing, except in the nursery rhymes of children. Almost one hundred years before, warlock Walter Machen was hung for murder. But before he died, he raised up the fury of a demon creature to take revenge on the unwitting townspeople. Many died before it was destroyed and buried forever. Until now. Ein einfaches B-Movie, das in vielerlei Hinsicht lustig ist. Im Original parodieren sie erfolgreich den Akzent von Bela Lugosi aus dem Klassiker Dracula und verschiedenen Late-Night-Shows voller C-Movies. Ansonsten ist der Film natürlich voller Dilettantismus, peinlicher Requisiten, die Synchronisation ist eine Strafe, und Řitka Video konnte nicht einmal das passende Plakat identifizieren und veröffentlichte die DVD mit dem Plakat von Pumpkin Karver (2006), denn warum nicht, Horror bleibt Horror.
