Das junge Pärchen Kate und Justin kann die Geburt ihres ersten gemeinsamen Kindes kaum abwarten. Riesig ist auch ihre Freude über die charismatischen, neuen Nachbarn Teresa und Jon, die gleichfalls Nachwuchs erwarten. Doch dann beschleicht Kate ein beunruhigendes Gefühl: Theresa ist einfach ein bisschen zu eifrig, der Garten zu gepflegt und all die netten Gesten etwas zu forciert. Als ein Pärchen-Abend in einer Katastrophe endet, befinden sich die werdenden Eltern auf einmal mitten in einem Psycho-Krieg mit den neuen Mietern. (Meteor Film)

If the Governor moved into my building, I would grab my pregnant wife and run as fast as I can. That can’t end up well, right? Nicely shot thriller, with decent performances, but unfortunately too predictable. It’s watchable but nothing memorable.

Although the subject may seem quite classical and the ending is not as unexpected as the creators try to present it, it is still a disturbing theme that will make you shake a little while watching it, because this is something that plants fear directly into your subconsciousness. Just looking at it is unpleasant, but for the film, it is good because it makes it a stronger experience.
