Der gewalttätige Restaurantangestellte Kai wird von seinem Boss inflagranti mit dessen Frau erwischt. Er tötet beide auf brutale Weise und flieht Hals über Kopf nach Südafrika, wo er als Koch untertaucht. Bei einem Eingeborenenstamm in der Savanne infiziert er sich mit Ebola. Da er selbst immun gegen das Virus ist, kehrt der Sadist Kai ungehindert nach Hongkong zurück und löst dort skrupellos eine tödliche Epidemie aus. (Busch Media Group)
