Dagmar Veškrnová has slayed another naive role. The movie is quite boring, but on the other hand, I have to admit that it managed to intrigue me at first glance, especially Dagmar. I stopped everything I was doing that Sunday afternoon and focused only on her. But eventually, I realized that this crime investigation movie was more about Dagmar herself rather than the murderer. But I’ve never seen a Czech movie taking place on the Sněžka Mountain and so I must applaud it in this regard.

Dagmar Veškrnová war manchmal wirklich schwer zu ertragen. Außerdem gefiel mir die große Anzahl der Figuren nicht, die überflüssig waren. Und als Krimi würde ich die Geschichte sicherlich nicht bezeichnen. Andererseits hat A Girl Fit to Be Killed einen wirklich sensationellen Anfang, eine tolle Musik, ein paar witzige Momente und die hervorragenden Herren Ilja Prachař, Karel Augusta und Václav Lohniský.
