Compared to the first part, the rest of the film "Faces of Death II" is quite boring, or rather it lacks any clearer structure, it's just a sequence of unpleasant and cruel scenes that can make an impact on their own, but there is a significant similarity to the first film. It does have its effect, I still don't think it was just controversy, but if the video sequence could be watched on YouTube without commentary - which was obviously not possible back then - it would probably have ended the same way. Disgusting, but not exceptional.
