"Deep Dark" is a film that can easily escape your attention; at first glance, it seems like a pretentious movie, but in reality, it is an intimate and quite depressingly intense exploration that definitely isn't the right film to start your morning with, as it could slow you down with its depression. Considering how simple of an idea it was, I must admit that the execution is good. Not great, not exceptional, but good, yes.
