Manuel is a poor soul. He is stuck in a monotonous job, he only has one friend who he doesn't even like and his family looks down on him. Everything will change when the doctor diagnoses him with a strange disease: Manuel is going to turn into an elephant. (Sitges Film Festival)

This is exactly why I believe short films can be excellent. There is an idea and a concept communicated, there is a great mask that is the centerpiece of the whole story, and finally there is also a stylization that gives it the right atmosphere. This is not seen in every short film. "Elefante" managed to entertain me and also move me. Well done.
