An Halloween ging ein maskierter Killer um, der in einer Kleinstadt einen hohen Blutzoll einforderte, aber dann von zwei Brüdern ins Jenseits geschickt werden konnte. Doch nun ist der Killer zurück. Für tot gehalten bringt man ihn ins nächste Krankenhaus, wo er erwacht und sein blutiges Handwerk fortsetzt - nun auch auf Rache an all jenen sinnend, die ihn hierher gebracht haben! (Edel)

Personally, I hope that "Hayride 3" won't exist, because there won't be anything worth watching. "Hayride 2" didn't offer anything to make the audience want to see the movie. The music is incredibly monotonous and bothered me in many passages. The whole film is incredibly simplistic, just a skeleton onto which a tired story is repeated so many times that not even different actors or a different killer could save it. Another movie that drags the slasher genre into oblivion.
