Well, you don't see a badly written script like this very often. It has such a huge amount of holes in its meaningfulness and logic. The characters don't behave as they should according to who they are, what their professions are, and so on. It's just a mess on paper that hurts. Everything is only for the effect and for the sake of achieving what matters, regardless of the fact that the characters eventually become quite unbearable, even if they are played by favorite actors. Jackson unnecessarily tries to give depth to his character, which only makes him another ordinary lunatic. Oh well, this was painful towards the end.
