Nachdem sie es (zum zweiten Mal) durch die High School geschafft haben, stehen den beiden Polizisten Schmidt und Jenko erneut große Veränderungen bevor: denn nun müssen sie undercover im örtlichen College ermitteln! Doch als Jenko im Football Team auf eine verwandte Seele trifft und Schmidt der Künstlerszene auf dem Campus beitritt, beginnen die beiden, ihre Partnerschaft in Frage zu stellen. Sie müssen jetzt nicht mehr nur einfach den Fall lösen, sie müssen herausfinden, ob sie in der Lage sind, eine reife Freundschaft wie Erwachsene zu führen. Falls diese beiden, etwas zu groß gewordenen Jugendlichen es schaffen, von Freshmen zu richtigen Männern zu werden, könnte sich das College am Ende als das beste herausstellen, das ihnen je passiert ist.
