When young Ayşe collapses and is hospitalized, the doctors discover her pregnancy. Although her relatives beseech her, the girl refuses to disclose the name of the baby's father, and the family starts to get concerned about their honour. After a discussion with other family members, the girl's father agrees with a radical and drastic solution. He takes Ayşe in a car and they set on a long journey.
