Die Polizeikräfte von Los Angeles haben jegliche Kriminalität ausgelöscht. Da die Cops sich jetzt langweilen, werden sie aggressiv und missbrauchen ihre Macht auf ebenso obszöne wie absurde Weise. In verschiedenen Kapiteln wird von unterschiedlichen Polizisten erzählt, etwa von Duke, der den Teenager David Dolores Frank belästigt, seinen Nachbarn erschießt und andere schlimme Dinge anstellt. Weitere Mitglieder seiner Einheit die Officers Sunshine, Holmes und de Luca, die jeweils eigene Filmepisoden bekommen. (Tiberius Film)

It is very peculiar that nobody on this site mentioned that Marilyn Manson played the most normal character in this movie. It means there is something seriously wrong with it.

Wrong Cops' weariness is most aptly described by one of the characters – a one-eyed black cop who has a bulge the size of an eyeball above his eye patch and annoys his entire neighborhood with some cool electronic beats he's been composing for two months, not to mention everyone explaining to him what crap it is. If that description doesn't impress, then for God's sake don't even try this.
