Stockholm, late 70's. The model utopian society. Political neutrality and atomic power march hand in hand with women's liberation and the sexual revolution. Ein wenig schwül und beunruhigend. Das Publikum wird mit einem elektronischen Soundtrack aus den 80ern terrorisiert (er befindet sich ungefähr zwischen einem italienischen Schund-Horrorfilm und Horners Das Phantom Kommando). Der Film gewinnt erst im letzten Viertel an Schwung, bis dahin ist er überflüssig langwierig, die Prostituierte-Existenz der Hauptdarstellerin zeigt er an zu vielen Beispielen. Die Stimmung, die Schauspieler*innen und das Ende sind aber sehr gut. Wenn man seine Länge um 20–30 Minuten verkürzen würde, wäre es ein Hit. Und ich würde auch mehr Schwüle und Sex hinzufügen.

I have to say I liked this film. Not by what it depicts, but by how it's depicted. The retro vibe is gorgeous, and it's polished off by how everyone is dressed and the occasionally otherworldly pace. It works perfectly. The guys here are truly disgusting, and some women no less, but even the victims here aren't real victims. That's also what the '70s looked like.
