Die verkehrte Die Truman Show nach italienischer Art. Und Garrones Antwort auf Rocky. :-) Der entpersönlichte Beobachtungsstil des Regisseurs, der eher ein Anschein vom Dokumentarfilm weckt, hat mir bei Gomorrha - Reise in das Reich der Camorra nicht besonders gefallen. Gomorrha - Reise in das Reich der Camorra erkenne ich nur wegen dem Mut und dem Verdienst des Autors an. Reality ist aber anders. Menschlicher, netter, der Film mag seine Figuren und er würde gerne dem Haupthelden helfen…wenn es ginge. Die Szene beim Swimming-Pool ist fantastisch in einer Aufnahme inszeniert. Das Ende ist genial. Garrone ist DER Künstler.
