James Belushi is so bad-ass it hurts. But that alone isn’t enough to make a movie great. Especially one as average in all respects as this one. Had it not been for James’s catchphrases, we would’ve ended up with something far worse. As it is, however, we get a solid chill-out action comedy, which is above all a B-movie. But there’s nothing wrong with that.
