Highschool-Traumboy Zack wird von seiner Freundin Taylor verlassen. Das will er nicht auf sich sitzen lassen. Er wettet mit seinen Freunden, dass er aus jedem Mädchen auf der Schule die perfekte Ballkönigin machen könne. Innerhalb von sechs Wochen muss Zack nun beweisen, dass er damit recht hat. Seine Wahl fällt auf die schüchterne Laney. Das Mädchen interessiert sich eigentlich nur für Kunst und wird an der Schule von den anderen gemieden. Anfangs fällt es Zach überaus schwer, überhaupt eine Ebene mit Laney zu finden. Doch schon bald merkt er, dass sich hinter der schüchternen Fassade ein wirklich interessantes Mädchen verbirgt. Sein Plan scheint aufzugehen, bis seine Ex-Freundin auf einmal bemerkt, dass sie möglicherweise die falsche Entscheidung getroffen hat. (Super RTL)

Yeah, America's golden youth. Luxury cars, rich dads, they're all so cool and happy and their parties are cruelly over the top... and that girl was really weird. I mean, she didn't slap on tons of makeup, she didn't walk around in sexy clothes, she didn't go out partying with America's golden youth. Luckily, that handsome boy opened her eyes.....ehm.....Yes, Tosim, you're absolutely right. It was not good, but I’ve seen worse.

I can't help it, but I'm feeling a little soft today. I adored this romantic comedy when I was in school, and even now, I'm happy to watch it again anytime. The plot is absolutely predictable, but thanks to the likable cast in the main roles and the great music, I don't think I'll ever stop enjoying She's All That.
