A young woman (Lauren Western) returns home from the hospital following a suicide attempt. She finds that her world is almost completely alien to her. Her parents don't seem to remember her suicide attempt, and her friends are all treating her oddly. Then she discovers that she is being watched by a mysterious woman in black (Brinke Stevens). This Dark Woman enters her dreams and shows her many eerie and frightening visions of her life and possibly her death. Does this woman wish her harm or is she there for something else? What follows is a tug of war for her soul between good and evil and a meditation on mortality. (Verleiher-Text)
