Terry erholt sich gerade von einer erfolgreichen Herztransplantation. Zunächst sieht alles danach aus, als würde das Spenderorgan vom Körper gut angenommen, doch bald passieren seltsame Dinge: Terry quälen fürchterliche Halluzinationen - Mordvisionen, die sich als wahr herausstellen. Er findet heraus, dass sein Organspender samt Familie brutal ermordet wurde. Ihm kommt der Verdacht, dass sein Herz auf Rache an den Mördern aus ist. (Kabel eins classics)

It’s a decent and average thriller, but I have a big issue with its supernatural elements. I’m OK with the donated heart’s forcing the receiver to take revenge on the murderer of the donor, but (and spoiler alert!) that the dead heart comes to life when it hears the screams of its beloved, whose life is in danger (end of spoiler), that’s no paranormal activity, that’s a fairytale. Whatever, I had quite some fun and I really loved the last scene. 3*

"Tell-Tale" does not have the necessary potential to captivate or truly impress or astonish the audience. It is a safe bet that doesn't bring anything special, but simply wants to confuse the viewer a bit. Even that doesn't happen much. Therefore, the film remains rather mediocre than any other. Not even Lena can save it.
