Eccentric Professor Gibbs, brilliant but impractical, invents an invisibility machine and advertises for a guinea pig. What he gets is Kitty Carroll, an attractive, adventurous model, who thinks being invisible would help her settle a few scores. This is definitely not a horror film, and labeling this film as a horror is nonsense. It was not made to scare, but rather to entertain. This is simply a comedy with science-fiction elements, which is not revolutionary, but it is intriguing. That was enough for me. It is quite enjoyable, even though it has a simple plot. Despite the film's naivety, the creators made efforts towards tricks that are certainly above average. Good for its time, it doesn't offend even today.
