Utterly disgusting. I understand the attempt at a message, but I refuse to understand the way Mr Hussain transmits it. It did leave an impression, but I wish I hadn’t watched this film.

Schwer, diese Bizarrheit, diese Depression, diese Perversität zu bewerten. Obwohl sie kunstvoll gemacht ist und in einigen Szenen an das "Beste" von Begotten und Serbian Film erinnert, hat es mich nicht besonders unterhalten. Für Zuschauer, die gerne experimentieren und ihre Ausdauer testen, könnte es jedoch eine interessante Erfahrung sein.

Ich verstehe die Absicht der Schöpfer, schätze visuelle Spielereien, aber ich muss hinzufügen, dass dies einfach der Typ eines Films ist, den man einfach nur so "absitzen" kann und sobald er vorbei ist, froh ist, dass er nur 80 Minuten und nicht etwa 2 Stunden hatte.

Although it may not seem like it, Subconscious Cruelty is trying to say something, and it has a certain telling value. It's not simply a matter of godless spewing of obscenities and disgusting things. There's something layered on top of itself here that manages to affect you, and at the same time it penetrates into your dark depths. We’ve never had a perverted idea? We’ve never wanted something that others would find strange? Karim Hussain reveals this darkness in his own way.
