I expected more space for Viktor Preiss, I expected more moments like his and Langmajer's dialogue in front of the church... And that's basically all that was lacking for me in In nomine patris. In the end, I give three and a half stars, but I can't really round it up to four because of the omission of Toufar's character. Polišenský and Preiss's previous collaboration, the excellent Ex Offo, is much better.
