Full of raunchy, tasteless, hilarious gags, JOE DIRT follows its eponymous protagonist (David Spade) on the search for his long-lost parents. Working as the janitor at a radio station, he enlists the help of one of the deejays (Dennis Miller) to tell his story on the air: when he was eight years old on a trip to the Grand Canyon, he behaved obnoxiously causing his parents to abandon him. Englisch I enjoy humor that Adam Sandler produces, but David Spade in the main role of a character that is annoying from the beginning is not something that could captivate me for the whole movie. Additionally, there is very little humor here and those few funny scenes don't really save it. It's almost a waste of time to spend on this because I haven't seen a more unnecessary romance. ()
