The problem is that the creators of the film "Poison Ivy 2: Lily" failed to stick to even the basic scheme of the first installment, so a completely different film was made, which has nothing to do with the original character. In this case, Lily is just a girl who is thrown into fate, but she is not necessarily the cause of the events, as Drew Barrymore clearly was in the first film. It is simply a weakly erotic film without atmosphere, tension, and an interesting story.
