Clean (E10)

Fitous is on the run in Israel and Emilie is on the road alone. It turns out she and her boyfriend never had any plan to marry, and her boyfriend had conned Simon out of money. Julia is pregnant but Attias is in no fit state to support her – he’s a full blown cocaine addict caught up in an uncontrollable nosedive of furious spending. The unrelenting pressure of Simon’s investigation forces Attias to make a series of errors, and he’s soon tangled up with some unscrupulous traffickers. After tracing the missing money to Hong Kong banks, Simon comes face to face with the hypocrisy of the banking system and the cynicism and shadiness of high powered finance He’s battling an entire financial system, but at least the noose is finally tightening around Attias.
