Englisch A pointless attempt to expand the world of the famous Bird Box. The film fails on so many levels, it's a boring, forgettable and useless B-movie that nobody really cared much about since it was announced, and nobody does after the premiere. The Pastor brothers aren't entirely bad directors, their thriller The Occupant or their debut Carriers were okay, but here they conjure up absolutely nothing interesting genre-wise. Even the famous Mario Casas is more annoying than fine here. As for the characters, there's absolutely no one interesting, the atmosphere only works during the start of the apocalypse, but that's right at the beginning and the whole sequence lasts less than 10 minutes (at least there's one highlight). I was hoping they'd at least show the monsters in the spin-off, but no, we don't see them here either. (A Quiet Place is completely different in that respect, because seeing monsters in action and gore adds to the experience). Unfortunately, the suspense doesn't work either, and the story didn't grab me. I didn't enjoy it, for me a waste of time.3/10. ()

Englisch Conceptually, it’s not a completely futile sequel, but what's the point of a concept if it ends up like almost everything on Netflix, The execution lacks energy, the characters should pull it off, but none of them are engaging. I was looking forward to at least some nice shots of Barcelona, but they couldn't even make the city they crammed into the title work. One Ms Bier is worth more than two pastors. ()
