Michael Lehmans Film erzählt eine sehr naive Geschichte von Rock-Musikern, die eine Radiostation besetzten und das Senden ihrer Titel erzwingen. Der Film entgleitet schnell in eine Farce, was nicht schlecht sein muß, wenn Tempo und Witz geboten werden, aber genau daran spart der Film, der neben ein paar Gags zu wenig Substanz für 88 Minuten besitzt.
