Dark - Wahrheiten (2017) (Folge)

Englisch The fifth episode stayed slightly above average for me once again. I thought about bumping up the rating to four stars because of the events at the end, but it lacked that element of surprise. The creators had been hinting at this development for a while, so there were no twists for me.

Dark - Doppelleben (2017) (Folge)

Englisch Seems like I'm getting hooked on the '80s vibe, even though this episode wasn't as good as the last one. The series keeps throwing out suspects left and right, but they always end up being dead ends. It's a bit predictable at this point, but hey, at least Elizabeth had a funny hat.

Dark - Gestern und Heute (2017) (Folge)

Englisch The story set in 1986 was a blast — I vibed with the soundtrack, and the creators took their time introducing everyone, which was cool. But one thing made me wonder. Mikkel acing the Rubik's Cube wasn't a shocker, but the way he immediately knew how to use the telephone dial gave me a pause.

Dark - Lügen (2017) (Folge)

Englisch Okay, I've got the hang of it now, and I'm kinda torn. On the one hand, I'm totally digging the series — great atmosphere, suspense, and tension. But on the flip side, I can't shake off this feeling that it's riding the Stranger Things wave a bit too hard, especially with that power plant.

Dark - Geheimnisse (2017) (Folge)

Englisch I had to hold back on giving more than three stars for the opener because, honestly, I'm still trying to figure out what exactly I just watched. But the atmosphere was top-notch. My only gripe was feeling a tad unoriginal, and I could tell where the writer took their inspiration from.

Zkáza Dejvického divadla (2019) (Serie)

Englisch I have rather mixed feelings about the series. I was really looking forward to it, but I didn't get as much fun as I'd expected. There were far too many cringeworthy moments in the story, balanced out by excellent ones, but there should have definitely been more. Well, I won't get overly critical, because Miluška looked determined, and I don't want to end up like Dráteník.

Zkáza Dejvického divadla - Zkáza (2019) (Folge)

Englisch No, I wasn't very pleased with the final episode by the creators. The humor noticeably decreased, I couldn't find anything that would make me laugh out loud, and the pace seemed a bit tired to me. The only genuine amusement I actually got was when Bóbik (or rather Ládík) was mentioned.

Zkáza Dejvického divadla - Smrad (2019) (Folge)

Englisch At times, I had a great time, at times the plot was quite weak, but in the end, the successful moments outweighed the unsuccessful ones for me. The autograph of Hynek Čermák for Helenka probably amused me the most, it was a great moment, just like his conversation with Milušča's husband.

Zkáza Dejvického divadla - Šmejdi (2019) (Folge)

Englisch The fourth episode was not bad, but it couldn't compare to the two previous ones. It was a funny affair that occasionally stumbled upon some small awkwardness, but it didn't cause any bursts of joy for me. Actually, no, I'd be lying, the final "escort" scene was perfect.

Zkáza Dejvického divadla - Vládci loutek (2019) (Folge)

Englisch The series is now exactly as I wished it to be. I had a great time with the crazy storyline, David Novotný impressed me with his puppeteering performance, Martin Myšička with his managerial decision, and Ivan Trojan with his silent depression. Additionally, I have to say that Spejbl and Hurvínek were excellent alive.
