Yes Day has a fun concept and a family-friendly vibe, and Jennifer Garner and Édgar Ramírez as the mom and dad totally won me over. I’m glad I spent an hour and a half of my life on this one. ()
For a Netflix family comedy, it's a fine entertainment with a nice idea that had me smiling from start to finish. Jennifer Garner and Jenna Ortega are very nice to look at and the idea of parents having to answer everything to Yes is pretty original. The supporting characters are funny (the policeman, the gym teacher with croquet and the paramedic), the film flows well, some of the scenes are downright cool (the party at the house). I have a soft spot for comedies, I laughed more than I expected, so I'm happy to overrate. Together with Instant Family probably the most feel good family comedy in recent times. 7/10. ()
