Die Schülerin Mary Katherine träumt davon, einen Kuss zu bekommen. Allerdings will sie keinen gewöhnlichen, sondern einen atemberaubenden Kuss, wie ihn Hollywood-Schauspieler im Film bekommen. Aber so sehr sich Mary Katherine auch bemüht, keiner will sie küssen. Und eines Tages wird ihr klar: Um den ersehnten Kuss zu bekommen, muss sie ein Superstar werden.
