Als perverse Softporno-Komödie wäre Guts of a Virgin OK – die japanische sexuelle Verrücktheit hat ihren Zauber. Sie ist niedlich. Sie bekommt von mir einen Stern. Die Horrorlinie in der zweiten Hälfte ist aber lächerlich und peinlich. Das Wald-Monster sieht wie der mit Lehm beschmierte letzte Mohikaner aus, die Gore-Effekte und der Schnitt der Szenen mit den Morden sind katastrophal. Ein billiger Amateur-Quatsch.

The movie Guts of a Virgin isn't outright disgusting, it's just downright bizarre, and I must admit that I liked some of the ideas that were presented in it. Not because it's nice, but because these are elements that simply don't occur to you, things you have to have a bit of a twisted mindset to come up with. I admire that originality. They're lunatics who go a little further, but as long as it's not a real snuff, it's acceptable.
