In einem Kloster schießt eimerweise Blut aus einem an die Wand genagelten Kruzifix. Kommissar Niemans findet schnell heraus, dass hinter der Wand ein Mann bei lebendigem Leib eingemauert wurde. Parallel zu Niemans Fall ermittelt sein ehemaliger Polizeischüler Reda an einem ähnlichen Ritualmord. Gemeinsam setzen die beiden Polizisten ihre Ermittlungen fort: Eine zwölfköpfige Apostel-Gruppe wird systematisch einer nach dem anderen dahingemetzelt. Doch von wem? Und warum? (kabel eins)
