In the deep of the countryside and in the middle of sheep pastures, an apartment building is found on an old Soviet army military base. Here is where Aya, Muhammad and Mustafa grow up, whose families arrived years before to escape war. The group wanders through the high grass, rides their bicycles to the lake and searches for scrap to sell. Filmed in brilliant black and white, the documentary centers on the way the children view their reality, revealing in casual conversations their feelings about their home and identity.
