Amidst the back drop of Retro Neo Noir, a journalist becomes the target of those in power after she attempts to reveal their illusions to the public. Does monetary gain really out weigh the value of a human life? In this futuristic jab at big pharma, Culture of Fear is a social term illuminating when those in power instill fear into the masses to gain control.
